The Eye Cinema |

The Eye Cinema is one of Galway¡¯s newest cinemas with 9 Screens. Ashdown Controls installed the BMS system to control the heating and air conditioning plant. All 9 screens have an individual air handling unit. The BMS switches the AC on for each screen individually optimising energy usage. All 9 screens have individual air handling units, each with separate time schedules to optimise energy usage. The system can be adjusted via a central supervisor PC in the manager¡¯s office. |

Moneypoint is Ireland's biggest electricity generating station. The facility is located on the Shannon Estuary, near Kilrush, County Clare. Ashdown Controls have recently completed works installing a TAC BMS system which controls the air conditioning plant throughout the station. Critical areas are monitored and critical alarms raised if conditions are not maintained within parameters. |
